You should take a look at our geomagic Wrap software. Wrap automatically creates polygonal surfaces (including .stl files) from point cloud data and is very easy to learn and use. You can download a free demo version from our web site at www.geomagic.com

    I am looking for software which converts medical scan data to STL or CAD I would be grateful if the developers/distributors of such software would contact me as soon as possible.
