Chemical properties of cured photopolymers:
Unaffected by: weak acits, weak alkalies, inorganic salt solutions,
oils, aliphatic hycrocarbons, amines and esters containing more
than 10 carbon atoms.
Deteriorate in concentrated solutions of oxidizing acids, aromatic
hydrocarbons, phenols, chlorinated aromatics, ethers, ketones,
low molecular weight esters and aliphatic acids.
Glass Transition 96 deg. C
heat Deflection 54 deg. C

Solimer G5601/N
The new Solimer G5601/N is a clear, solvent free photo-curable liquid,
specifically designed for use with the Solider Rapid
Prototyping Systems. Following are the main characteristics that have
been significantly imnproved relative to the G5601 product:
improved mechanical properties (modulus, tensile strengthe and
properties in Z direction)
low creep
low volatility
reduced shrinkage
improved adhesion to the PVC plate and to wax
good wetting properties
reduced sensitivity of layer thickness to viscosity variation.
Typical uncured Resin Properties:
