You may want to give Kevin Belfield a call over at the University of Detroit
Mercy. When I worked for Ford Motor Co. I headed up a research project
dealing with the UV cureable's and he did some early work in that area. As
far as I know the project died a slow death after I left as there was no-one
to monitor it.
I don't have his current phone number but will try to get it for you.
