FROM NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR 4.5 or greater
1) connect to the url 'rpmistl@rpmi.marc.gatech.edu/">ftp://stlfiles:rpmistl@rpmi.marc.gatech.edu/'
2) click on OUTGOING, then the appropriate subfolder.
3) From Netscape's menu bar, select 'File' then 'Download File'.
4) Select the name and type of file you are downloading and click 'open'
