At the Assises Europeennes du Prototypage Rapide in Paris last November,
there was a paper on micro stereolithography. The beta machine that is
being developed uses masks. The given theoretical resolution is 2x2
square microns and the layer thickness used is 10 microns.
Unfortunately the paper is in french, but people interested might be
