Michael,

Soligen, Inc. makes metal castings using a process called Direct Shell
Production Casting (DSPC). A ceramic mold is "printed" layer by layer,
creating a monolithic shell, complete with integral cores. The process is
capable casting complex shapes such as automotive cylinder heads, intake
manifolds, and steering components. The process is also capable of
printing ceramic cores for use in conventional sand cast tooling. Case
studies and technical information is available at http://www.soligen.com.

Best Regard,

Robert Welther
Soligen, Inc.
