SLS and FDM for a large part

To all SLS and FDM users:

We have a part that measures 400 mm x 287 mm x 240 mm, has a net volume
of 2.6 dm3 and an average wall thickness of 5 mm. Is there a SLS and /
or FDM service bureau out there that has experience with such large
parts ? Price and turnover time ? Any problems with curl / warpage to be
expected ?
Please don' t offer stereolithography, we can do that in house.
