Michelle,

     We have done some research in reverse engineering of wrist bones.
We used Velocity2 to reconstruct a stl file from a CT scan. We then used
our ceramic process called CerLAM to produce a bio-compatible ceramic.
Velocity2 is great in that it allows you to mask and preform 3D flood
fills to reconstruct only parts of interest in your CT scan. There is
some more information regarding this study on our website
