Very soft PUR FOAM parts needed

Hello List,

I do have question about very soft PUR FOAM parts:

What do I expect?

First, I need it for a O ring
Diameter ouside = 170 mm
Diameter inside = 135 mm
Diameter of O ring = 17.5 mm
1> The part must be white (or almost looks like)
2> Closed surface for the outside O ring (inside does not matter)
3> Very easy to compress by hand (feels like a spunge, 10 Shore A??)
4> Continues quality for making 50 till 250 pieces!
5> No problems for human skin (No special medical applications), just touch
the part without ...

Questions:
1> Where can I get this material?
2> Who can produce these O ring for me?
3> What are the material properties?
