Lou,

     Sometimes replace of a tip will throw the calibration off in the z
direction. You should measure the thickness of the support on the
calibration box with a pair of calipers. Calibrate the machine until the
support is to the specified thickness, which I belive is .010". If that
doesn't solve the problem you might want to lower the temperature of the
support feed by a couple of degrees. I hope this helps.
