RE: THANKSGIVING 1999

Hello All,

Several weeks ago when Mr. Young sent a note out to the rp-ml, I asked for
the names of a few users to inquire what their experience was with the
AAROFLEX machine. Mr. Young said in a public note that he would be happy to
provide me with a list of users that I could contact. In private emails
over the next several weeks the conversation turned into one of the most
frustrating exchanges of emails I have ever had. It turns out that Mr.
Young would NOT provide any names of current users and stated "I am willing
to put our performance on the line and you decline, therefore I can not take
you very serious." As I informed MR. Young regarding the invitation to
build one of our parts on his equipment "we simply do not do that until we
talk to current users." Repeatedly Mr. Young twisted the conversation
farther and farther away from speaking with current users to comments like
the one above. Mr. Young I will reiterate Dan's last comment.

Where's the beef?

In 1996 our company, and another service company, each wrote Albert
Young's
company AAROFLEX a deposit check for a large amount of money on a
new Solid
Imaging System to be delivered to us in early 1997. This machine was
never
delivered and our deposit money never returned to us. Later that
same year we
took Albert's companies AAROFLEX and AEROTECH to federal court in
which the judge
        found in our favor that
AAROFLEX was obligated to refund our deposit. After the court ruling
a settlement
agreement was reached between our parties and to this day (nearly 8
months later)
we have not received anything from AAROFLEX or AEROTECH as agreed.

I guess Mr. Young and AAROFLEX really do have a lot to be thankful
for.
