Allan,

We have. (That's Prototech Centre)

>Any comments on it (accuracy, strengths etc...)?

I haven't check parts for precision yet, but, for the strength it is really
better.
Less curling for flat thin parts. Less curling after the oven process.
Details are coming out better.

>What about post-processing?

Easier to remove loose powder.

>What binder materials did you use with the zp100?

ZB6.

>Has anyone done any wax or resin infiltration of the parts?

We have done wax infiltration and we will be trying to infiltrate with CA soon.
Infiltration seems to be as good as it was.
Parts can be used without infiltration with care.

>How did the parts perform in downstream processes?

The new powder is better than the ZP11 but the cost is not negligible. The
layer thickness used is 0.0035", so, it takes twice the time to build a
part, so the cost for a part is higher.

I hope it answers a number of your questions.

Sylvain Masounave.
