I'm not exactly sure where or how you fit into our industry (and I'm sure you
do) but if you come from my area (service provider) and need to make decisions
on how to spend or invest your hard earned money then the financial and legal
facts/history about companies you plan to purchase equipment (or anything else)
from play a very significant role in the decision process.

I, for one, have risked everything I have ever worked for my entire life,
including my family and their economical well being, to become a contributor to
our industry and to it's usefulness to the industrious world. The least I can do
for my fellow comrades is to expose the facts so they can make their own
judgements and hopefully make their own decisions better.

If the announcements (even if it is 8 months after the court rulings) of
AAROFLEX and AAROTECH's judgment against them in Federal Court and their
default on our settlement agreement are not useful information for this list
then we have definitely lost sight of what this forum is about.

Let's stop the bashing. Truth and fact tell the story on it's own and if anyone
is interested I'm sure they can pull the records from the Federal Courts. Let's
get on with more productive discussions.

Respectfully,

Drew Brown
