RPML. If you can't find them in the archves, let me know.
There should also be a discussion of the matter in DTM's SEC filings. Look
at the 10K reports for the last couple of years. These are the annuals and
will have more details than the quarterlies. You can search EDGAR at:
http://www.sec.gov/edaux/searches.htm
Use DTM Corp. as the search term.
There are also ways of accessing recent court data, but that can take time
and run into $.
