I think Geoff may have been referring to the Breech of Contract judgment that
AAROFLEX and AAROTECH were found guilty of by the Federal Courts. Also I believe he
was referring to the default of AAROFLEX and AEROTECH on the settlement agreement
between AAROFLEX, AAROTECH, Conceptual Reality L.L.C. and Select Manufacturing
Services (also recognized by the Federal Courts).

If I'm wrong Geoff please correct me. Isn't this what we are all really interested in

understanding?
