You might try this website http://www.finishing.com
Might be a trouble shooting site but you could get a few leads

Hello all,

I need to find a source for production painting of plastic parts. We have tried
several and are unhappy with the quality, delivery or both.

The parts are Xenoy or ABS, are large (auto/SUV rooftop wind deflector size) and
class A finish. Quantities are 10K+ per year. Ideally, the shop would be
somewhere in the vicinity of Detroit (within 200-300 miles or so).

Any recommendations?

Regards,
Dan
