Hello Philip

I have tried Quickcast parts with aluminium filled resin for investment casting to do the molds for the injection wax.
For the plastic injection I prefer use resins core and cavitie with high temperature resin.
I'm able to do with these molds PP ABS NYLON 30 % fv(glass fibers) Noryl betwen one hundred to three hundred parts.

  Subject: Rapid Tooling

I was involved in RP some years ago and watched rapid tooling developments with interest. Robin North at Arrk Europe was running PP and ABS in tools made from quickcast parts filled with aluminium filled epoxy. Is there anybody out there doing this kind of work still and if so what are the typical limitations, costs, lead times etc.?
