rapid prototyping community and all of its business associates to know that the
merger announcement made on the RP-ML by Cyberform International in November,
1999 was premature.
Merger negotiations with Cyberform have ended.
Prototech will continue business as usual. We have no affiliation or ties with
Cyberform International. They have no authority to be involved with Prototech’s
clients or activities.
