Every RP Technology and RP Machine Manufacturer should have their technology
stand up to being questioned. The machinery should be checked, double-checked
and proven to an unwritten RP industry standard for part quality and machine
reliability.

Now--When one customer reacts like this to a manufacturer, it hurts all RP
companies, their technologies and their reputations for years to come. It gives
an impression that RP manufacturers should not be trusted and that all RP
manufacturers are the same. The manufacturer should work hard to help a customer
and fix the problems no matter who they are. I have been in Sales for 27 years
and have had my fill of irate and mean customers, but the best advertising is
still a happy client.

For a manufacturer to slam a RP Industry customer, this is the worst thing THEY
can do. The only reason for this e-mail was sent all over the world to annoy and
embarass this customer.

To Mr. Denton;
Mr. Hastbacka owes you an apology for his comments and I for one, want to see
it published on this worldwide forum. NOW!!!!!!!!
