Just to cover all bases, be sure you are building the correct cal box for
the tip size. Cal boxes for the .010" diameter tip use .007" layers. All
others use .010" layers. If you use a .010" diameter tip and calibrate to
the cal box for any other diameter tip, you will never get your supports
removed.
