Hi:

CNC sounds like one possible way to go, and the suggestion of LOM is good one
too. However, LOM doesn't seem to meet the important speed or cost
criteria.

>From what people have been saying here about the Objet machine, it sounds
like it would be the only existing RP method that would meet all the
criteria: cost, accuracy - and also possibly speed from what's been said.
The material is cured acrylic polymer so it probably can be reworked with a
file nicely, although not as familiar in feel to the craftspeople as LOM
output.

I haven't sat down and gone through the alternatives too methodically so
maybe one of the other methods could also hack it. Maybe the Genie Studio
Fabber...Is it fast, cheap and accurate Marshall?
