It was brought to my attention that I did not mention an upcoming event
that you should consider attending. The conference is SCANNING 2000
scheduled for May 24-25 in Paris, France. It focuses on 3D digitizing
tools and applications, as well as human modeling. I am unable to attend,
but I know the organizers of it quite well and I'm sure it will be a high
