Rob,
We have an SLA5000. The last field service report show 7588 hours. Today
the counter is showing 1525 hours. Wow, I must have rolled it over. I
guess if you add them together we are at 9113 hours. We have had the laser
tuned at 4913 hours on July 6, 1999. Tuned again at 5874 hours on October
12, 1999. Tuned again at 7588 hours on March 20, 2000. The laser was tuned
the 3 times for a signifcant drop in laser power. We generally run at 147mW
during a build. During the times of the drop we were at about 67mW by the
time it was corrected. This last tuning has been very good though. We are
still about 145mW.
