Derek, Richard and Jan,

Many thanks for your response. It seems that you're all fairly happy
with your ThermoJets, and that you haven't (as yet) had any problems.

When we do finally find out what went wrong with ours, if it'll help
ThermoJet users, I'll let you know as a precautionary measure what to
look out for.
