DPSS customer

All who have heard :

    The rumor is that my name and company have been used in
connection with an email, which stated that I was a "Not so
happy DPSS customer". Just to set the record straight, we
did indeed sell our 500 and in "part", I was never really
happy with the quality of the parts that it built. I was not
happy before or after we installed the dpss laser. The
problem is, I grow up on a very good 250 and just got
spoiled.
    We had the second DPSS laser on a 500, that I know of ,
and although it wasn't perfect, we received nothing but
great support from that organization and did get the bugs
worked out.
    The answer is, I am far from being a "Not so happy DPSS
customer".
