Materialise is proud to announce the release of Magics 6.0, containing a lot
of new features:
* Multicolor: Show the parts in any color you like.
* Paint parts: Make a part in multiple colors and export them to the
PLY-format (so you can make multi-color parts for Z-Corp machines).
* Labeling: Put text on your part.
* UCS (User Coordinate System): Use the co-ordinate systems you
defined yourself.
* Printing: Print true scale so you can measure on the printout.
* Advanced fixing: Use the 'Double surface detector' and trim the
triangles to speed up fixing.
* Cost estimator: Let Magics calculate the costs for making one part,
following your rules.
* Improved build time estimator: Make accurate predictions of the
build time.
* Pre-processor: Improve the quality of the parts before tooling.
