Dear Colleague,

The Centre for Rapid Design and Manufacture in High Wycombe is planning
to host a conference on Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Tooling and Rapid
Manufacturing on 20-21 June, 2002. It will focus on recent progress in
these areas with the emphasis on research. In order to encourage the
participation of young researchers, this is being organised as a
non-profit making event and the attendance fees will be kept as low as
possible. CRDM has hosted two successful national conferences on
Developments in Rapid Prototyping and Tooling in November 1995 and 1996.

A call for papers will be announced in May 2001. All submissions will
be refereed and successful papers will be eligible for presentation at
the conference. This review process is intended to enhance the
professional standing of the conference proceedings, which will be
published.

Please let me know if:
1. You are interested in attending this two-day conference and wish to
be notified of the call for papers.
2. You are interested in presenting a paper at this event.

Kindly reply with your contact details (name, address, phone/fax number
and e-mail address).

Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,

David M. Jacobson
Research Associate, CRDM
