We machine a 2 part tool in perspex and then overfill the 2 halves with RTV
silicone. Clamp the 2 halves together and leave to cure. We use this system
regularly to produce milticoloured keypads in a variety of shore hardnesses
and the results can be printed onto provided the keypads are reasonably
flat.
