Elaine, list,

Here at CRDM, we're making thin-walled (<1.5mm) electroforms, and backfilling
them with a low melt point alloy. The electroform is built up into a
pre-machined copper frame which has been inserted into an RP master pattern (we
tend to prefer SL and THJ).

These backfilled electroforms are then attached to the pallet system (3R)
accurately by means of the copper frame and used on an EDM machine.
