Thermojet "Prep Error"

I was hoping someone could help with this problem:

Once the part is processed and submitted to our Thermojet it starts to
count up support structures, then it quits with a "Prep Error"

This happens with all files, big or small, even just a tiny one in the
center of the platform.

Help?
