parts levels

A few years ago there was a definition of Prototype parts by level. For
example level 1 was touchy feely parts up to level 5(?) where parts were
pre-production, correct material, etc. Anyone old enough to remember
the subject and young enough to remember details. My CRS has been
acting up lately.
