Dear Sir:

I am a college student (Jackson State Community College, Jackson, TN. 38301), working on my engineering degree, and have been given an assignment to write a technical paper for a case study as a final project. The case study requires me to conduct a feasibility study by acquiring data on various concepts modeling process and machines, and review features and capabilities of the equipment. From this information, I am to select a process and a machine, which appears to be in compliance with the criteria provided.

1. Budget allowances are limited to a maximum of $300,000.00
2. Part build size must be at least 10" x 10" x 10"3
3. Modeling material must include ABS, Investment Casting Wax, and Elastomers
4. Modeling material must be available in various colors
5. Modeling material must be durable enough to endure functional testing
6. Achievable accuracy must be +/-. 005" or better
7. Operator attendance must not be required during building
8. Structural support must be automatically generated by software and easily removed
9. Material changeover must be simple and quick

I am requesting your help with the above information. You may not meet all the criteria in the above list, but the information is still vitally important. Please select the model closest to meeting these guidelines and include the model number with the information. I realize your time is very valuable to you and I do not wish to impose upon you. Any information you can supply would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dwight Autry
