We are in the process of gathering information for the Wohlers Report
2001 *. If your institution is involved in RP research or educational
activities, we need your input as soon as possible. Below, you will find

questionnaire download instructions. The questionnaire is aimed at
gathering information on your RP related activities. Please complete
the questionnaire and return by FAX or email as soon as possible (before

March 8th, 2001).
