Hello John,
you can mailto:RWhite@Capture3D.com (http://www.capture3d.com). They
have the ATOS high resolution digitizing system from GOM. If they
calibrate this system for 43 x 30 x 30 mm, they can cover this area with
0.002" lateral resolution.
It is not a single spot laser scanner, but a white light projection
system with full frame cameras but should do what you request.
