media for shot blast

Hello RP world!!!!!!
 

Here's a question for you guys using shot blast units as a finishing tool
for stereolithography parts. What is the best type of media to use when you
want to maintain accuracy while still giving the models a nice finish (up to
a point where just light sanding is required)??????????

Also what type of units are you using????? Thanks for any answers you can
give.
