Call for Papers
Conference on Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Tooling and Rapid Manufacturing,
20-21 June, 2002.
This conference is being hosted by the Centre for Rapid Design and
Manufacture in High Wycombe. It will focus on recent progress in these
areas – both in techniques and applications, including the medical and
electronic sectors. In order to encourage the participation of young
researchers, this is being organised as a non-profit making event and
the attendance fees will be kept as low as possible.
The venue for this conference is the Chalfont Campus of the
Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College. Situated in 200 acres and
close to the M25 and with easy access to Heathrow Airport, the Chalfont
site offers a pleasant rural environment with well appointed conference
and accommodation facilities.
The submission of abstracts is now being invited. These should contain
300 to 500 words of text and be accompanied by a suitable title and the
names and affiliations of the authors. A panel of referees will assess
all submissions and successful applicants will then be invited to
prepare full-length papers or posters.
