I'd like to thank all those who replied to my question
about making thin polymer covers.

To summarize what I understand to be useful methods:
- an RP form + RTV mold -> polyurethane parts
- an RP tool -> vaccuum formed parts

Are two good ways of making low volume, thin walled
polymer shapes.
