Simple answer, yes. ;)

If you have the logo scanned as a stl or iges file, you can read
it into Magics and extrude it there. I am sure that many other
programs can do the same thing. You then attach the new file
to your existing one through some kind of boolean.

I am looking for a way to have lettering done to put on a sample
prototype part. Are there any software programs for "extruding" logos
