Jill – we are a full-service prototype and low volume injection molding company. We do have the capability, in house, to do extremely large prototypes, whether your quantity is one or multiple copies.
In response to your question on using 3D CAD data directly, depending upon your needs, it is possible we could utilize our large 5-axis CNC machine which has a bed of 5'x5' with 3' in the Z axis.
