Dear list,
I would ask you for advise.
We are trying to develop some RP technology for direct
metal RP through coaxial nozzle. I believe that only
pulsed laser with pulse duration in millisecond range
and with possibility to change the power during
process can be applied for avoiding of thermal effects
in the part's rapid corners.

For example, how this problem (overheatig of sharp
corners solved in LENS and SLS? I believe that by
correlated change of laser power during processing of
the path. Am I right?)
Thanks in advance,
