How well does a system like this work with parts that have wall thickness
around 2mm? I have seen some RP parts made out of ABS that looked like they
were made out of cake frosting and were full of holes.

Well for once the price is heading in the right direction...and for ABS at
that. Looks like smart system....... Does anyone have one that would care
to comment about part quality and operation costs?
