Bill,

I developed an inexpensive method for doing this with SLS. I process zircon
sand with a thermosetting binder and then infiltrate the part with a
high-temperature epoxy and cure in an oven. It's fast, cheap gives good
dimensional accuracy.

Subject: higher temp options

We have a request for options on producing RP models that will
sustain/perform at 500 degrees F.

Suggestions?
