DeskArtes Expert Series software will repair STL files.

We also have a CATIA to STL translator where you can identify the
various problems such as duplicate surfaces, etc. With the CATIA to STL
translator you can define the exact resolution of the STL file and
subsequently fix any errors with the STL repair tool (automatic gap
filling & gap stitching).
