STRATASYS FDM 1650 Liquefier question?

Hi RP'ers,

Does any one know if liquefier tube (the bent tube with the element wrapped round it) is the same on the wax heads as the ABS heads? I have an ABS head with a stripped nozzle thread and I was wondering if it is possible to change it with one from the wax head as a temporary quick fix? Perhaps someone out there has already done this repair and can tell me how they solved it.
