3D Systems to Introduce New Multi-Jet Modeling Printer at SIGGRAPH
VALENCIA, Calif., Jul. 2, 2002 - 3D Systems Corp. (Nasdaq: TDSC) today
announced that it will introduce the InVision™ si2™ 3-D printer at SIGGRAPH
2002. SIGGRAPH is an annual international conference and exhibition for the
computer graphics community, where the ‘digital future is defined and
revealed.’ On display will be a range of 3D Systems’ products - including
the new InVision si2 3-D printer, a multi-jet modeling system which combines
photocurable hot melt material with the ease of ink-jet printing.
“The InVision 3-D printer is intended to enable designers, engineers and
other 3-D data users to quickly, easily and conveniently produce
cost-effective, high-quality durable models and prototypes,” said Mervyn
