Hello Roy,

Here are a few recommendations for adhesives for Z-corp parts. A high viscosity material would seem to be needed to keep the adhesive from wicking into the substrate and away from the joint. These materials are available through our Customer Service hotline, (+1) 800-285-4784.

Methacrylate: Araldite 2021, 90 second adhesive, 2-part cartridge, 50 cc, opaque off-white
Araldite 2022, 5-minute adhesive, 2-part cartridge, 50 cc, opaque off-white

Clear epoxy Araldite 2043, 90 second adhesive, 2-part cartridge, 50 cc, yellow-clear
Araldite 2026, 5-minute adhesive, 2-part cartridge, 50 cc, yellow-translucent

Personally, I like the performance of the 90-second adhesives. Additionally, these adhesives are not brittle like isocyanates. However, if you want more working time, the 5-minute adhesives (obviously) will work just as well.

I have a Z Corp model that snapped across a 6" long .080" wall - Sort of a stress test done awry. Tried crazy glue & it lasted to the next sales call - Any other ideas?
