Need a RPSB with a LOM machine and polyestirene like material available EPS within USA

Dear listers

I have a new client that produces packing boxes in EPS (soft polyestirene
like material). my idea is to make the prototype packing box in a LOM
machine, if some one out there has the machine and the material please
contact me, or if some one is already working for a company that does the
same I will appreciate any hint on what is the best economic method to make
their prototypes.
