I have most certainly encountered this problem in the past.
John, if you want, I can give you my thoughts in individual e-mails and
spare the rest of the list all the gory details.
But if anyone else is interested, I don't mean to exclude you, so let me
know if you want in on the discussion.
Generally though, I attributed a large part of the problem to very heavily
populated builds. Ones that weren't necessarily very tall, but took a very
long time.

RP'ers,
Looking for ideas and suggestions........a couple of weeks ago we were
experiencing a very visible lean/shift towards the left in models built on
our 2500+. The build material is Duraform PA.
The left IR sensor, a new roller and the part bed heater were replaced.
Everything seemed okay, the parts we've been building looked good, but this
morning we broke out a new build and see the "Leaning Tower of Pisa"
phenomenon again.
Has anyone else experienced this in the past? Any ideas/suggestions what
could be causing this?
