THe best I've seen is from Broderbund software called "3D architech"
it allows you do design anything, populate with a great selection from their
library of cabinets, furniture, ect. and then take a virtual tour of the
house when complete. it is available almost anywhere (wal-mart, best buy,
fry's, etc)
I've used it for years and used it to recreate the home I was selling a few
years ago and used it as a virtual tour for the real estate office.
it's under $40

Subject: VR software
Dear List
Does anyone out there know of a software which will allow me to create a 3D
model of a room and populate it with furniture and test layout, wall colours
etc. I'm thinking along the lines of the software which you can use in
kitchen shops to plan your kitchen layout.......oh yea it has to be cheap
preferably free!
Best regards
Chris
