1st International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid
Prototyping(VRAP 2003) http://www.estg.iplei.pt/dem/vrap2003 , Leiria,
Portugal.
We have had many requests to extend our deadline as many have missed our
earlier deadline for submission of abstracts. Hence we have now extended
the deadline for submission of abstracts until 17th January, 2003.
The 1st International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid
Prototyping (htttp://www.estg.iplei.pt/dem/vrap2003) is going to be held on
1-4 October 2003 in Leiria, Portugal.

called LRAMP, developed by the School of Technologyand Management of the
Institute Polytechnic of Leiria, Portugal, together with the University
of Reading, UK. It is designed to be a major forum for the Scientific
exchange of multi-disciplinary and inter-organisational aspects of
virtual and physical prototyping and related areas. The conference will
take place at the School of Technology and Management which is at an
important industrial centre and historical city of Portugal, Leiria,
distant around 1 hour from Lisbon. This School provides education in the
sectors of technology and management for more than 5000 students and is
one of the six Schools forming the Institute Polytechnic of Leiria.
